Edward. W Horan P.A. has what is apparently called a high 'AV' rating which is 'based exlusively on opinions expressed by confidential sources which include other attorneys and judges.' Unfortunately, as clientele, this doesn't tell the rest of the world much outside of how willing he is to cooperate with with, well, other attorneys. Supposedly, the 'AV' rating 'applies to legal ability as well as to ethical standards (hah), professional reliability (hah!), diligence (hah!!) and other 'relevant factors.'
That said, we have made it our mission to give Edward W. Horan our own 'AV' rating.
